Welcome!

Villa Nikolina is located in the tourist village of Petrcane (near Zadar), on the Dalmatian coast of Croatia. Situated on a slight hill, it is on the very edge of the village. From one side it has a view of the sea and borders the village. From the other side, it faces the forest, olive plantations and vineyards.

Although the house is only a few minute-walk to the sea and the village port for fishing boats and yachts, it is isolated at the same time from the crowds of tourists on the beaches and in the restaurants. In this way, it is an ideal spot for two complimentary worlds — the bustling tourist venues and yet the quiet serenity that offers rests in the heart of nature.
